On average, teens are online 9 hours a day. 1 in 3 report using technology almost constantly. As FaceTime replaces face time, there has never been a more important time to focus on personal connection and leadership.

April Farlow has taught over 30,000 individuals with audiences of all backgrounds. She will lead this two-day interactive experience focused specifically for young adults age 15 – 19.

This is a STEP UP to intentionally plan for the future through focus on speaking, communication styles, values and leadership.

Join us  July 8-10, 2026 from 9AM to 3:30PM daily at Lydia’s Place, and give your teen a STEP UP with practical leadership experience.
